Park Cottages have been created out of original farm buildings in a quiet rural location half a mile from the village of Yeaveley. The cottages are recently renovated to a high standard yet retain much of their original character providing the highest quality of holiday accommodation. Set in 6 acres of land, which we share with a variety of animals, both wild and domestic.  The Park provides a quiet location and offers an ideal base for touring by car, or walking in many of the beauty spots in the nearby Peak District National Park.


Yeaveley is just four miles from the market town of Ashbourne, which is the gate way to the Peak District National Park. It also boasts a large range of facilities including the Ashbourne Leisure Centre, Ashbourne Golf Club, a large range of pubs, cafes and shops.


Other local attractions include Alton Towers theme park, a variety of National Trust properties and stately homes, to include Chatsworth Country House.


For walkers and cyclists, The Peak District National Park offers a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities. The Tissington Trail and Dovedale are two exceptional areas of natural beauty.


The wealth of minerals and fascinating geology of the area have provided natural caverns and many interesting features which are well worth a visit.


The Park Cottages provide an excellent base for any stay in Derbyshire.
